I had an amazing time at this hostel during my New Year's stay. The atmosphere was super chill and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed after the chaos of the holiday season. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure our beds were made and the bathrooms were cleaned every day. I also really appreciated having separate bathrooms for guys and girls in our room. The common area was cool, with hammocks and a king-sized bed to relax on. Plus, the hostel had a big kitchen where I could store my food and cook.

One thing I didn't love about the hostel was the noise. I stayed in a room by the street and could hear everything happening outside, so earplugs are a must for a good night's sleep.

I had a last-minute change in my reservation but the staff at the hostel were incredibly accommodating. They found a room for me even though I had cancelled and made sure I had a comfortable place to sleep. The friendly and understanding staff really made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hostel for its great vibes and convenient location.

What a great start to the new year! The hostel had such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and I loved how easy it was to meet new people and chat with them. The hot showers were perfect for getting warm after a day out in the cool weather. I also appreciated the free breakfast and the proximity of this hostel to so many restaurants and shops! The rooftop patio was my absolute favorite - it was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Plus, it had stunning views of the surrounding area.

The only downside of my stay here was the smoking inside. As a non-smoker, it was disheartening to see so many people smoking indoors, especially when there were numerous outdoor areas specifically designated for smoking.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great price and the sociable atmosphere at this hostel. the central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area and there were plenty of cool spots to spend time with other guests. I particularly loved the free breakfast and free snorkel gear that we could use to explore nearby cenotes. the hostel was always kept clean and the staff were friendly and attentive.

One of the major drawbacks of this hostel was the lack of air conditioning, which made it quite warm inside during the hot summer months. I found the baggage storage fee to be quite steep, especially since I had already stayed at the hostel for over a week.

If you're looking for a fun, lively hostel with great staff, facilities and location, this is the place for you. the hostel is well-organized with free BBQs and pizzas that help bring people together. the friendly and helpful staff answer questions and even play your favorite music. Guests can enjoy free breakfasts, bike rental, towels replacement, and use of a locker. the hostel has clean and comfortable rooms, most surrounding the communal area with music and TV until 12:45 am. the internet can be spotty, but that's a small negative.

The hotel had great facilities, with plenty of space to socialize and free snorkels to use. The staff was attentive and insightful, and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel's location near supermarkets and public transportation made it easy to explore the city.
